Hands-On Training - Cancellation Policy
Owing to the high demand of attendees, complexity and significant financial commitment involved in providing CE events, SonoPath retains the following policy for refunds after signing up and paying for a CE event: A refund will be issued in a form of credit that can be applied to another hands-on course (provided that space is available), live-virtual course, online courses or educational products. If the applied credit is less than the chosen option, an additional fee will be charged for the difference. The credit balance will need to be used within 12 months of the issued credit, otherwise the credit will be forfeited. Please contact us to discuss a refund if there are extreme circumstances and there is an inability to attend another event or use towards the other available options.

Online Course Purchases
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued for online purchases. In certain situations, credit towards other products may be issued.

Physical Goods
Refunds on physical goods will be honored at SonoPath's discretion under the following terms:

Return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your products

Customer will pay for return shipping to SonoPath

Merchandise must not be damaged or indicate tampering in any form

Product must return in the original package it was sent in
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
